Viniyoga® Singapore is a Yoga school that teaches the complete and authentic Viniyoga® tradition – which originated from the teachings of Professor T Krishnamacharya and ‘Sir’ TKV Desikachar, and further developed by Dr. Kaustubha Desikachar who is the son of ‘Sir’ Desikachar. In 2006, the Krishnamacharya Healing & Yoga Foundation (KHYF) was founded to spread the teachings of Viniyoga® across the globe due to growing interest in this specific healing form.
As an affiliate school of KHYF, Viniyoga® Singapore offers a comprehensive suite of online and on-site Yoga and meditation classes in Singapore to students who are interested in this type of exercise, based on the teachings of Viniyoga®.
We also offer options for Yoga teacher training and Yoga therapy training for practitioners who wish to advance their knowledge and practice of Yoga.
